Refund Policy

1. Overview

Vendly offers subscription-based access to our AI-powered product listing generator. All payments are processed by Paddle.com, who acts as the Merchant of Record. This policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued.

2. Free Trial

We offer 3 free listing generations to all new users with no credit card required. This allows you to evaluate the service before making any purchase. We encourage you to use these free tries to determine if Vendly meets your needs.

3. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Paddle customer portal, accessible from your dashboard settings. Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
  • You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods
  • No prorated refunds are issued for unused time remaining in your billing period. However, full refunds are available within 14 days of payment as described in Section 4

4. Refund Eligibility

We offer a full refund within 14 days of any subscription payment, no questions asked. Simply contact us within the 14-day window and we will process your refund in full.

In addition, we may issue refunds outside the 14-day window under the following circumstances:

  • You were charged in error (e.g., duplicate payment)
  • A technical issue prevented you from accessing the service for a significant portion of your billing period, and we were unable to resolve it

5. Non-Refundable Cases

After the 14-day refund window has passed, refunds will generally not be issued in the following cases:

  • You simply changed your mind after the 14-day window
  • You did not cancel before the renewal date and were charged for a new billing period
  • Dissatisfaction with AI-generated content quality (as content quality is subjective and you had the opportunity to evaluate with free tries)
  • Failure to use the service during the billing period
  • Temporary service interruptions or maintenance periods

6. Account Termination for Policy Violations

If your account is terminated for violating our Terms of Service, no refund will be issued regardless of remaining subscription time.

7. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at support@vendlyapp.com with your account email and a description of the issue. We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3 business days. Approved refunds will be processed by Paddle and returned to your original payment method. Vendly reserves the right to make the final determination on all refund requests at its sole discretion.

8. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
